The paper glasses are being manufactured in state of art machines. All paper machines have been imported from outside India.
The machines have the Hot Air/heater Sealing technology, which gives the cups a very good bottom sealing. Therefore, the cups never leak.
The lip curling is also very good which gives added strength to the cup and makes holding the cup a lot easier.
We have one imported 2 colour Flexo printing and punching line and for printing water-based food-grade ink is used for printing which is odour free. We also check each and every piece before packing.
We sell 100% usable cups
The cups are made from Paper, which is manufactured by ITC, Bhadrachalam Ltd.
The Paper is food grade and ECF(elemental chlorine free) certified.
We use 185 – 265 gsm, single PE coated paper for all our paper cups, which are used for hot drinks or water drinking purpose.
